City Mold is a celebration of Hamburg’s not-so-fancy nightlife and its stories, not told by self-proclaimed damned bohemians or posh intellectuals, but by the true children of St. Pauli. Seedy bars, reeking streets, halogen lights where people gather to drink, dance, fight, and exchange potentially infected bodily fluids.

City Mold is a split release by two projects whose masterminds have been long-time friends, sharing the same vision of a decaying world and audio madness. AUX ARMES is one of Henrik Nordvargr’s wildest creations, deeply rooted in confrontational power electronics. CALIGULA031 is WERTHAM’s problem child, exploring every form of human objectification through analog-generated noise.
