VCOBT or "Vicious Circle of Black Thoughts", is the industrial/experimental noise project from Helsinki, Finland. Previous recordings from this project includes: one 7", a collaboration LP with UND and appeared on "Terässinfonia 5" - a compilation by Freak Animal. "Guilt Trip" is the first full length tape-release from V.C.O.B.T. On this album the project submerges in even darker moods than on previous works, maybe with less junk noise and with a more atmospheric approach while maintaining the lo-fi aesthetic found on previous releases. It contains recordings from 2012-2013 which were assembled and mixed in 2023 - next to the audio taken from 'Find New Homes' 7" EP, which was originally released 2016, by Blame the Victim.
